This seminar was regarding the lawful rights of both the landlord and tenant. It was very enlightening, informative and interesting. It encompassed, holistically, all facets of being a landlord. Covering all subjects that I would imagine would be of great interest to existing landlords or 'would be' landlords. One of the topics discussed also included giving an awareness of the expectations and behaviours of tenants. The speakers were obviously proficient re public speaking thus putting the attendees at ease. The venue was very pleasant as were the drinks provided. A very productive, pleasant evening for all.
