In the main, Durrington was developed between the 1950s to 1970s, with a high demand for family housing at the time this village towards the west of Worthing grew substantially with the baby boom. Being just south of the A27 it has great transport links by road and access to mainline trains at Durrington railway station.
Durrington is popular with young families. With access to good schools, local shops, Lyons Retail Park and Northbrook College there is a great choice of educational and retail facilities on your doorstep.
Durrington is also home to Worthing’s largest Sports facilities with both Worthing Leisure Centre and a David Lloyd gym in the area.
